i also think that sanji might get haki aswell but although he has a similiar ambition, to become worlds best chef. i dnt thinks its as good ambition as luffys or zoro's so maybe he wont get haki, i really wana know how the weaker members are gna improve, like nami/ussop it will be interesting, so far im enjoying every bit of the impel dwn arc (in manga) but these sort of things get me to think more abt the anime

It didn't make the guy faint but its clear he also can use the Haoushoku haki, haki of the chosen one's, those with strong wills, the kings deposition etc. As for the rest of the crew they'll catch up with that eventually but I don't think they'll be able to used the Haoushoku haki. Since the amazonian we're capable of using some haki not the kings deposition one but they were able to use haki, so assuming soon enought the rest of the crews might/will use haki too. (For references, take a look in the manga chap 519 when Luffy's fighting Hancock two sisters and, they we're able to used haki even when they weren't able to use the Haoushoku haki, as explain, you can tell that most people are capable of using haki, but still not the haoushoku haki though.) Sanji most likely won't be able to use the haoushoku either becuase his not as strong will as Luffy/Zoro, but I think Robin might. She's a strong will person as well....I think.

yeah, Zoro does possess the haoushoku haki. if you take a look at chap 519 like the anon above you said you will see why he has it, but it still might not be the same as Luffy since there is a mystery about the D in his name. otherwise Hancock, is said to be able to use it and she doesn't have the will of D, and shanks, rayleight, are perfect demonstration as well, without having the D in their names. you will understand a lot better if you read throught chap 519 carefully. Your explaination of how draw out the haki power make sense for it thought and I agree thats how it work.

ps - Zoro doesn't ever use any haki in the manga or at least we are not made aware of it at any time. Only time, we can guess at is when he gives off an incredible killing sensation as he is about to attack the tenrybuto(sp?). I do agree he will learn to use it too but 1st we have to wait for Luffy to master it.

FOOLS you say but YOU ARE THE FOOL!!! reason why the guy didn't faint is either bcuz,
1) Zoro doesn't know how to use haki completly yet.
2) He only releash a lil of his spirit/energy etc since those guy's were weaklings.
3) He did it unintentionally.
one of either 1-3 is a perfect reason why the guy didn't faint but he did get dizzy from it so you can't say he didn't use it. wat a lot of shit, Mihawk has never slicy a ship with a blink, he use his sword when he was first introduce to cut don's ship. not a fucking stare! and if zoro was able to slicy someone with a look how come we didn't see any blood? or a mark of slicy on the guy's body?
